Chicken Frankie Roll
A kid-favorite snack packed with flavor!

Serves: 5 (Makes 10 rolls)

Ingredients

10 chapattis
-
1 cup boiled & shredded chicken
-
1 capsicum, diced
-
1 onion, finely chopped
-
6 eggs, beaten
-
2 tbsp oil
-
Ghee – for smearing
-
Mayonnaise – as needed

Chopped parsley and coriander – to taste

Salt and pepper – to taste
Method

Prepare Filling:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions, then add chicken, pepper, parsley, and coriander. Stir well. After a minute, add capsicum and salt. Mix and set aside. -
Prepare Egg Rotis:
Heat a tawa. Place one chapatti on it and smear ghee. Pour a little beaten egg on one side and let it cook. Repeat for all chapattis. -
Assemble Rolls:
Spread mayonnaise on the egg side of each roti. Add the chicken filling. Roll it up and secure with a toothpick.
Serving Tip:
Serve warm with tomato ketchup or mint chutney. Perfect for lunchboxes or evening snacks!
