Healthy & Refreshing Tuna Snack for Summer
Here’s a quick and simple tuna snack, perfect for warm summer days.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:

1 can light tuna (available in most stores)

Pinch of dried parsley

Dash of ground black pepper

1 tbsp light mayonnaise

1 tbsp chopped onion

1 green onion leek
Method:
Open the can of tuna and drain out the water to get a dry chunk of tuna. Transfer the tuna to a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise and chopped onion. Chop the green onion leek and add it to the bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper and a pinch of parsley. Mix well.
Use the mixture as a sandwich filling. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and use as needed.
Refreshing Tender Coconut Juice to Beat the Heat
A cool and creamy drink to help you stay refreshed this summer.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:

Flesh and water of 1 tender coconut

4 teaspoons sugar

½ tin condensed milk

1 drop vanilla essence

A pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
Blend the tender coconut flesh and water in a mixer or blender until smooth. Add the sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence, and cardamom powder. Blend again until well combined.
Pour into a glass, add some ice cubes, and garnish with a mint leaf for a refreshing touch.
