Fresh Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sweet watermelon, deseeded and cubed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
