Yummy Instant Oats Dosa

Ingredients

¾ cup oats

½ cup rice flour

¼ cup rava (semolina)

1 green chilli, finely chopped or 1 cup grated carrot (for kids)

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp chopped ginger

1 tsp cumin seeds
-
1 tsp black pepper
-
1 onion, finely chopped

Salt, as needed

Water, as needed
Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and add water to make a thin batter.

Heat a tawa or pan and lightly grease it with oil.

Pour a ladle of batter onto the hot tawa and spread it gently to form a dosa.

Cook on medium flame until the dosa turns golden brown.

Remove and serve hot.
Enjoy with sambar or any chutney of your choice.
